Hiya! I’m a 26yo (M) and I needed to share my weight reduction efforts from the previous couple months. I liked weight coaching however hated watching what I ate. Resulting from being laid off within the winter I sat at residence, ate, and gained a bunch of weight. I made a decision I wanted to alter, and so I gave myself a calorie deficit and dedicated to solely consuming 3 times a day with completely no snacking. 2 months later and I would like to purchase all new work garments as a result of nothing suits! I do not do any fancy meal prepping, I simply observe my calorie objectives and make an effort to hit my macros each day. My largest vice was nighttime snacking, and chopping that out has been essential for not binging and gaining every part again. I solely drink water, aside from whey with almond milk publish lifts. I elevate 5 days per week with my non-lifting days being some gentle cardio work simply to get my coronary heart charge up.
Do not overcomplicate the method, and discover one thing you can keep on with!
