25M 6'2" 295 lbs -> 253 lbs

Objective is 180!

Lately fallen off the wagon a bit. Have solely gained again 2 lbs, however within the three weeks which have handed I may have damaged again into the 240s. So, to remind myself why I'm doing this, I regarded again at my preliminary footage. Nonetheless have a methods to go, however I'm proud of my progress to date.
